Sharpe Street Returns Policy

At Sharpe Street, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, you can request a return under the following conditions:

Return Eligibility

  • You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags and packaging included.

  • Items must be free from stains, defects, odours (including deodorant or perfume), pet hair, and any signs of wear.

  • Sale items, gift cards, and accessories (e.g., socks, beanies) cannot be returned due to hygiene and clearance reasons.

How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at (j.schumaker@outlook.com) with your order number and reason for return.

  2. If approved, we’ll send you return instructions and the address to post your item(s).

  3. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless the item is faulty.

Faulty Items

If you receive an item with a fault, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the fault

  • Clear photos showing the issue

If approved, we’ll offer a refund, replacement, or store credit.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the outcome.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

Exchanges

  • We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return the original (if eligible) and place a new order.

Non-Compliant Returns

Items returned that do not meet the above criteria will be sent back to you at your expense.
